Oh herro, this is my new blog! Since it seems I've started a new point in my life, I figured I might as well try and chronicle it.

Where the hell is Elliestan?

..What?
So, Elliestan is a combination of my first and last name and is now the principality in which this blog is set. The flag is a combo of the Argentine, US and Chinese flags, and the nation itself is nestled in a pocket of the Hyrule region that once was Tibet and Yunnan province. It is a tiny, pleasant nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service. Its hard-working, intelligent population enjoys a sensible mix of personal and economic freedoms, while the political process is open and the people's right to vote held sacrosanct (Thanks, NationStates).

...Who?
(Mhmm. This is ridiculous but don't worry.) Elliestan's leader is always sneaking into residents' homes to rearrange their furniture and leave them cupcakes. It's a bit off-putting at first, but they've gotten used to it. She is often scrambling around awkwardly, polyvore-ing, painting and look at mid-century modern houses in her free time. She enjoys sushi, coffee, fluffy wall-eyed kitties with stick tails and giving the things around her new life; which is what makes Elliestan such a prosperous country. Surrounding nations are too confused and preoccupied to bother Elliestan, so the nation's power grows, undisturbed, from the inside.

...????
okay, i'm quite done now. :] i'm in a silly mood. basically i found this site earlier today, NationStates, and think it's hilarious. i'll let you know of updates to our dear Elliestan.
